We offer two formats for corporate team photography: studio sessions at our Dalston, East London studio, and on-location sessions at your office or venue.
Studio sessions work well for teams of up to 25. We book a dedicated half-day or full day, schedule each team member for a 15–20 minute individual slot, and deliver consistent results across the whole group. Staff do not need to block out half a day — each person is in and out in under 30 minutes.
On-location sessions bring the studio to your office. We bring professional portable lighting, a selection of backgrounds, and everything needed to achieve studio-quality corporate headshots on your premises. Ideal for larger teams or businesses with multiple departments.

For studio sessions, each team member typically takes 15–20 minutes. A team of 10 can be photographed in half a day. For on-location, we add time for setup and breakdown.
We offer top-up sessions at £175 per person, matched exactly to your existing team style. New starters can be photographed in a short individual session and seamlessly integrated with the team set.
Studio team sessions: edited files delivered the same day, batch-sorted by person. On-location team shoots: delivered within 48 hours. For large teams with urgent deadlines, rush delivery is available — contact us before booking.
